Seed of Hope Farm is a non-profit corporation registered in the State of Illinois. We are governed by a board of directors under our by-laws. Our directors are Boo Graham, Mike Marfell, Warren Searles, and Jim Foxvog.
We were granted 501(c)(3) status on July 18, 2018. Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. A copy of the official letter confirming this status is available on request.
